The loss of this Tennessee senior citizen is a reminder of how dangerous a routine drive can be. A motor vehicle accident can claim the life of a loved one in an instant. Indeed, if a family member is killed as the result of another party’s negligence, surviving relatives can seek justice by commencing a wrongful death claim. Recoveries that can be sought through such a claim could include money to pay for funeral expenses and other monetary damages recognized by our laws.
