Roundup Cancer Litigation Attorneys
Advocating for the Victims of Corporate Greed
Roundup has been a trusted weed-killing solution brand since it was introduced in the 1970s. Many people who are in the landscaping or agricultural industries, as well as those interested in maintaining their private properties, have used Roundup for several decades.
Sadly, Roundup is not as safe as Monsanto led their loyal customers to believe. The herbicide was labeled as carcinogenic, and the evidence in recent legal action against the agrochemical company has only bolstered the finding.

Roundup’s Carcinogenic Properties
Roundup is mainly made up of glyphosate, a chemical ingredient that is the herbicidal agent in the product. In 2015, glyphosate was identified as “possibly carcinogenic to humans” by the World Health Organization’s International Agency for Research on Cancer.
In lawsuits around the country, there have been claims in relation to glyphosate’s role in plaintiffs’ development of cancer. Many of the plaintiffs in Roundup cases are suffering from non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma, a type of cancer that affects the lymphatic system.

Falsely Marketed as Safe
Recent Roundup litigation has revealed evidence of Monsanto’s attempts to hide glyphosate’s carcinogenic properties.
One of the most incriminating pieces of evidence is internal messages between Monsanto and members of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). In these messages, it appears that Monsanto made efforts to work with the EPA on stifling information about the link between Roundup and cancer development.
